Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of Free Commercial Goods programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Patient Access Operations will manage end-to-end operations, vendor relationships, and compliance while ensuring efficient delivery of free products to eligible patients in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for Free Commercial Goods programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and operational contracts, conducting regular performance reviews and addressing service failures
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in operational performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in patient services operations or specialty pharmacy operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing Free Goods and/or Patient Assistance Program operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting patient support programs
  • Proven vendor and contract management experience
