Senior Manager, Patient Advocacy

Job Summary

To support the U.S. Chronic Care organization, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Patient Advocacy will engage with payors and policymakers, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive public campaigns to enhance patient access to offerings while collaborating with internal teams and external organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder engagement to report health policy risks and support initiatives that uphold patient access and care
• Develop and execute public affairs campaigns in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, measuring outcomes and recommending next steps
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align public affairs with business objectives and support managed care initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, political science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in patient advocacy or public affairs campaigns
• Strong competencies in strategic communications and relationship building with key stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Complex stakeholder and project management skills
