Job Summary
Leading the design and development of patient engagement resources, the Senior Manager, Patient Engagement will work hybrid from New York City or remotely on the East Coast, focusing on creating intuitive materials and strategies that enhance the treatment journey for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creation of engaging and compliant resources to support the COMP360 treatment journey for patients and caregivers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure materials meet compliance and medical review requirements while driving consistency and efficiency
- Develop digital and non-digital engagement strategies, incorporating stakeholder feedback to continuously improve experience design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals focused on patient services
- Experience designing patient-facing materials and navigating medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
- Strong understanding of patient journeys, access pathways, and healthcare delivery models
- Proven ability to operate in dynamic environments and contribute to new process development
