A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager for Patient Engagement to optimize their pharmacy messaging programs and implement testing strategies to improve messaging communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adherence through messaging across multiple channels
- Drive end-to-end optimization process and ensure adherence to a disciplined, data-driven approach
- Maintain optimization roadmap, stay up to date with testing trends and competitive retail environment, and identify emerging technologies for testing
- 7 years of experience retail pharmacy or digital environment delivering results
- 7 years of experience with Adobe tech stack (e.g. Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Target, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
