Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager (Patient Experience Data & Strategy, Patient Centered Outcomes Research).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute patient experience data strategies across oncology studies to optimize product registration, access, and reimbursement
  • Summarize complex patient experience data analyses for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory submissions and scientific presentations
  • Lead the development and integration of COA measurement strategies into clinical development, including statistical analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, HEOR, Public Health, or a related quantitative field
  • At least 3 years of research experience with strong quantitative and statistical analysis in clinical trials, preferably in oncology
  • Deep understanding of measurement science principles and advanced psychometric/statistical methods
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing statistical analysis plans for clinical outcomes
  • Familiarity with clinical trial design and regulatory documentation requirements regarding COA endpoints
