Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute patient and site-facing initiatives for clinical trials
• Act as the interface with global and local stakeholders involved in patient recruitment and engagement
• Maintain documentation of business processes and quality standards for tactic development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical research industry experience
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree required
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or health-related discipline
• Experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial execution with a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or healthcare facility
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial operations
