Job Summary
Supporting the development and execution of patient services strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Patient Services will manage analytics and operational components of patient hub services programs, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and program implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term patient services strategy aligned with organizational priorities
- Manage analytics and operational components of patient hub services programs, including performance dashboard maintenance
- Act as a single point of contact for sales forces, troubleshooting customer issues and defining measurable goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/management, healthcare discipline, or life sciences preferred
- 4-7 years of experience in managing or supporting patient support programs
- Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit reimbursement, billing/coding, and financial assistance programs
- Ability to analyze operational reports and metrics to ensure adherence to service levels
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
