Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Patient Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently lead day-to-day operations of assigned patient access and affordability programs, ensuring compliance with all requirements
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing operations of co-pay, PAP, and cash programs while identifying opportunities for enhancements
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure accurate reporting of key data and trends in the program


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and executing patient affordability programs within pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Demonstrated depth in reimbursement support services and hubs
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments for pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired results
