Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and edit payer customer contracts, amendments, and related documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate contract execution and implementation
  • Manage contract metadata and reporting within the contract lifecycle management database
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree with 2 years, or Master's degree with 4 years, or Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or Associate's degree with 8 years, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of contract development or writing experience
  • Experience in legal document drafting in dynamic environments such as consulting, biotech, or tech companies
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
  • Experience integrating complex business strategies into contracts
  • Understanding of the US commercial and government healthcare and reimbursement environment
