Job Summary

Senior Manager, Payer Enrollment is a full-time position responsible for overseeing end-to-end payer enrollment outcomes, managing an on/offshore team, and driving operational excellence through metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enrollment outcomes and ensure SLA performance and client satisfaction
• Manage an on/offshore team, setting goals and developing talent
• Establish metrics for operational excellence and conduct regular reviews to prioritize work

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy & operations, bizops, or management consulting
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and drive cross-functional solutions
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management
• Experience with operational tooling and a quick adaptability to new systems
