Senior Manager, Payment Integrity

Job Summary

Overseeing and monitoring cost recovery initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Payment Integrity will manage vendor relationships, develop budgets, and present cost containment strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external vendor cost avoidance and recovery initiatives
• Partner with health plans to identify and implement cost containment strategies
• Compile and present reporting packages on cost avoidance and recovery initiatives to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting
• Experience with government programs auditing and compliance monitoring preferred
• Project management experience preferred
