Senior Manager, Payment Integrity Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payment Integrity Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and management of Payment Integrity predictive analytic projects and vendor integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and validate vendor deliverables
• Develop business rules for data modeling and oversee automated reporting for decision support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of seven years of experience in data analysis, including three years leading analytic teams
• Extensive experience with Data Visualization tools, particularly Power BI
• Healthcare management experience with Medicare/Medicaid is required
• Experience conducting analysis on large data sets and data modeling is required
