Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives and managing partnerships, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Payment Partnerships will oversee global partner strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance payment processing capabilities to support market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including payment processors and technology firms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to negotiate contracts, build integrations, and drive process improvements
• Define performance standards for partners and manage regular business reviews to ensure compliance and optimization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments partnerships, program management, or business operations
• 3+ years of managerial experience leading teams
• Proven track record of managing medium-to-large technical projects with external partners
• Strong understanding of product strategy and operational scaling through partnerships
• Experience in high growth technology companies or payment processing industries
