Senior Manager, Payments Consulting

Job Summary

To support the Payment Consulting team, the full-time Senior Manager, Payments Consulting will lead go-to-market initiatives for U.S. debit capabilities, develop relationships with external partners, and ensure seamless transaction processing in a hybrid or fully virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Captain go-to-market initiatives to advance adoption of Amex debit capabilities
• Create and expand relationships with key external debit partners
• Present recommendations and strategic updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in U.S. debit card processing with expertise in acceptance channel processing
• Strong project management skills managing cross-functional projects in complex environments
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with partners and/or customers
• Proven ability to build and leverage strong relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
