Job Summary

To enhance the adoption of Amex debit capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager Payments Consulting will manage processing partner relationships, oversee integrations and compliance, and develop operational processes while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advance the adoption of Amex debit capabilities and manage relationships with processing partners
• Negotiate complex contracts with partners and develop thorough documentation for operational processes
• Maintain deep knowledge of the payment services industry and collaborate on interoperability considerations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in processing and acquiring U.S. debit cards
• Demonstrated ability to guide and execute strategies aligned with business goals in matrixed organizations
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with partners or customers
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
