Job Summary

To drive the adoption of Amex debit capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager Payments Consulting will manage processing partner relationships, oversee integrations and compliance, and develop operational processes while fostering key external partnerships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advance adoption of Amex debit capabilities and manage processing partner relationships
• Negotiate complex contracts and create sustainable operational processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain knowledge of payment services and industry trends

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in processing and acquiring U.S. debit cards
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with partners and customers
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
• Sound technical aptitude and analytical skills
