Job Summary

To enhance the adoption of debit capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager Payments Consulting will manage processing partner relationships, develop operational processes, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advance adoption of Amex debit capabilities and manage processing partner relationships
• Develop thorough documentation and sustainable processes to ensure consistent results
• Negotiate complex contracts with partners and create relationships with key external debit partners

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in processing and acquiring U.S. debit cards
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategies aligned with business goals in matrixed organizations
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with partners and/or customers
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required
