Key Responsibilities

• Manage long-term strategy and growth of key health plan partnerships
• Lead and mentor a team of Payor Partnership Managers to achieve their goals
• Oversee contract strategy and renewals to enhance partnership success

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account/Client Management or Business Development in healthcare, preferably Behavioral Health
• 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of coaching team members
• Experience managing multiple concurrent relationships with diverse clients
• Strong analytical abilities to generate program KPIs and insights
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly payer and provider dynamics
