Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure effective compensation and payroll operations
- Shape the company's compensation strategy and collaborate with senior leaders on Total Rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with pay practices and oversee payroll-related audits and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of related work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll management processing in-house payroll
- Experience with Workday Payroll and knowledge of compensation program design
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic relationships
