A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Compensation & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to ensure effective compensation and payroll operations
  • Shape the company's compensation strategy and collaborate with senior leaders on Total Rewards strategy
  • Ensure compliance with pay practices and oversee payroll-related audits and metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of related work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll management processing in-house payroll
  • Experience with Workday Payroll and knowledge of compensation program design
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic relationships
