Senior Manager, Payroll Operations

Job Summary

Managing global payroll operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Payroll Operations will oversee the end-to-end payroll model, lead a small team, and drive automation initiatives while working remotely from Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global payroll operating model for employees, contractors, and local providers
• Manage and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports while ensuring high operational standards
• Lead the administration of employee equity in Shareworks, including grant processing and data reconciliation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations, including EOR and PEO frameworks
• Familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks and managing grant lifecycles
• Strong track record in designing HRIS integrations and optimizing workflows
• Deep knowledge of payroll controls and financial audit readiness
• Demonstrated capability to manage and upskill a remote operational team
