Job Summary

Managing global payroll operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Payroll Systems will oversee the end-to-end payroll model and equity administration while leading a remote team to enhance system efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global payroll operating model across various employee types and manage team performance
• Lead operational administration of employee equity, ensuring accurate grant processing and reconciliations
• Identify and implement automation workflows to streamline payroll processes and minimize manual data transfers

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations, including EOR and PEO frameworks
• Familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks and handling complex equity tax coordination
• Strong track record in designing HRIS integrations and optimizing financial workflows
• Deep knowledge of payroll controls and financial audit readiness in a high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a remote operational team while providing hands-on expertise
