Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, P&C Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 20-40 members in P&C digital solutions delivery
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for P&C digital solutions, balancing new capabilities with enhancements
• Manage user acceptance testing and produce reports on team performance

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years in HR technology focusing on data, system, and process optimization; 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency with Workday HCM; experience with Avature and Docebo is advantageous
• Proven experience leading HR technology initiatives and project management
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field; HRIS certification is a plus
• Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
