Job Summary
Leading the evolution of the People Analytics function, the remote Senior Manager, People Analytics will transform traditional reporting into an AI-powered People Intelligence capability, focusing on predictive insights, decision support, and workforce forecasting.
Key responsibilities
- Establish strategy and priorities for the People Intelligence & Analytics function, enhancing stakeholder engagement across the People Team
- Build and scale AI-enabled products for automated insights, predictive analytics, and workforce intelligence
- Partner with executives to translate critical workforce questions into actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience in data science
- 1+ years of people management experience
- Experience in building executive-facing analytics products and data-driven decision-support capabilities
- Proficiency in applying AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics to solve business challenges
- Experience with workforce forecasting and talent intelligence
