Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People & Talent Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team focused on HR operations, including talent and compensation management
- Oversee the HR tech stack and manage the migration to a new HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity
- Manage global benefits programs, immigration processes, and build people analytics infrastructure for workforce reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR/people operations experience, including 2 years in a management role
- Experience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with UKG or Paylocity is a plus
- Knowledge of US and international benefits programs and PEO models
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of creating people dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in people operations
