Senior Manager, People Operations

Job Summary

To lead the organization's integrated People technology and operations ecosystem, the remote Senior Manager, People Operations will oversee systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, drive compliance, and manage a high-performing team while developing scalable processes and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the integrated People technology stack, ensuring cohesive employee experience through governance, compliance, and data integrity
• Develop and execute the People Systems & Operations roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions while managing competing initiatives and vendor relationships
• Lead the design and optimization of the People Operations service delivery model, focusing on continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, People Operations, or related functions
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
• Deep expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting
• Experience managing ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
