Job Summary
To lead the organization's integrated People technology and operations ecosystem, the remote Senior Manager, People Operations will oversee systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, drive compliance, and manage a high-performing team while developing scalable processes and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the integrated People technology stack, ensuring cohesive employee experience through governance, compliance, and data integrity
- Develop and execute the People Systems & Operations roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions while managing competing initiatives and vendor relationships
- Lead the design and optimization of the People Operations service delivery model, focusing on continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, People Operations, or related functions
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
- Deep expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting
- Experience managing ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
