Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of the People tech stack
  • Design and maintain a coherent systems architecture across the People function
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a modern HRIS solution
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology with ownership of HRIS platforms
  • Deep expertise with Workday and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of HR systems architecture and integration risks
  • Experience designing and implementing automation using iPaaS tools
  • Data-first orientation with experience in data modeling and structures
