- Own the configuration, optimization, and governance of the People tech stack
- Design and maintain a coherent systems architecture across the People function
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a modern HRIS solution
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology with ownership of HRIS platforms
- Deep expertise with Workday and system integrations
- Strong understanding of HR systems architecture and integration risks
- Experience designing and implementing automation using iPaaS tools
- Data-first orientation with experience in data modeling and structures
