Job Summary
Leading the People Systems team, the full-time Senior Manager, People Systems will oversee and maintain primary people systems such as Workday and Greenhouse, collaborate with various stakeholders to execute HRIS strategies, and manage system-related inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional leadership for the design and configuration of new features within Workday and ancillary systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, aligning objectives with company strategy and implementing HRIS best practices
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of configuration experience with Workday HCM, including business process framework and system administration
- 3+ years of experience leading an HRIS team
- Expertise in at least three additional Workday functional areas such as Advanced Compensation or Payroll
- Mastery of report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead system implementation and enhancement projects
