Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Senior Manager, People Technology will oversee the evolution and scaling of the People Technology ecosystem, focusing on Workday and recruiting technology, while managing configurations, integrations, and strategic partnerships to enhance employee and candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the People Technology team, managing Workday and recruiting technology configurations, administration, and support
  • Own the strategy for Workday and the TA technology stack, ensuring scalability, integration, and governance aligned with business needs
  • Build and manage a comprehensive Workday and TA technology roadmap, reducing tech debt and improving self-service and compliance
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology, People systems, or related roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience with a focus on team development
  • Deep expertise in Workday, including configuration, business processes, and governance
  • Experience in managing strategic vendor relationships in HR technology
  • Strong understanding of HR systems integrations and data integrity practices
