Job Summary

Driving strategic and operational excellence, the full-time Senior Manager, Pharma Communications will manage client-facing communications, oversee project execution, and develop scalable systems while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the master tracker and governance cadence across advisory services accounts, ensuring timely and on-spec deliverables
  • Draft and deliver client-ready communications work products, including annual comms plans and activation documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into executable briefs for various tactical teams
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharma advisory services, or account management
  • Direct experience drafting strategic communications documents in highly regulated industries
  • Senior account leadership experience at a leading healthcare communications agency
  • Working fluency in MLR/PRC review processes and FDA OPDP guidance
  • Experience supporting major life sciences clients across various therapeutic areas
