Senior Manager, Pharma Services

Job Summary

Senior Manager, Pharma Services is a full-time position responsible for leading strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, managing external relationships, and developing innovative business cases to enhance service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Director in articulating the vision and strategy for pharma initiatives
• Develop business cases and manage external client relationships to drive growth
• Analyze healthcare trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic positioning

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Corporate Development within healthcare, focusing on PBM or pharmaceutical segments
• 5+ years of experience in external client management, preferably in Pharma or healthcare
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to generate new ideas and approaches for delivering value
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
