Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Plan Build (Meritain) Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Plan Build processes to ensure accuracy and timely configuration of benefit plans
• Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks across Plan Build teams
• Lead automation initiatives and process redesign to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in benefit configuration or related operations
• Prior leadership experience in mentorship or managing project teams
• Experience with operational/technical workflows
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
