Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, I&T Plasma Digital Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital products within the Plasma platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and scale innovative digital solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and enterprise standards while managing cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Engineering, or Science
• 7+ years of IT experience, particularly in solution/product development and management
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably Pharma/Biotech
• Advanced knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies, including Agile/Lean/DevOps
• Ability to engage technical and business partners to achieve outcomes
