Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Security & Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of platform and security engineers, focusing on growth and team cohesion
• Define and maintain a scalable CI/CD pipeline aligned with GitOps principles
• Architect and oversee Site Reliability Engineering practices, emphasizing proactive problem identification and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 3+ years in a management role
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks and incident management frameworks
• Strong background in security engineering and building security-conscious team cultures
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Kotlin
