Senior Manager, Platform Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the platform's long-term roadmap and prioritize the backlog as a Platform Product Owner
• Collaborate with executive and stakeholder teams to prioritize high-level goals for the platform
• Promote a culture of autonomy and accountability within the team, driving innovation and architectural improvements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional leadership experience in DevOps, SRE, System Administration, or similar roles
• Proven ability to define and leverage platform usage metrics and developer satisfaction
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and ArgoCD
• Demonstrable programming abilities in scripting languages like Bash and Python
• B.S. in Computer Science/MIS/CIS or a related discipline
