Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage platform development teams through the software development life cycle
• Attract, retain, and develop talent while fostering team growth through coaching and mentoring
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategies and roadmaps for digital platforms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Deep knowledge of observability and software operations
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, with extensive knowledge of C++, C#, Java, or Golang
• Experience with NoSQL databases, event systems, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development
