Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Management - Community Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide a team of CS Experience Managers and Platform Managers to enhance support experiences
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align team initiatives with the broader customer support strategy
- Oversee programs and projects, providing decision-making support and removing blockers to progress
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in customer support, management consulting, business operations, or program management
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Deep understanding of customer support operations and experience in improving customer experience
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
