Senior Manager, Policy and Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Policy and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of research, tools, and stakeholder engagement in the Policy and Programs team
• Oversee the New England Heat Pump Accelerator initiative and develop strategies for building decarbonization
• Facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders to implement energy efficiency and decarbonization policies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with at least one year in a managerial role
• Advanced degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and historical context
• Experience in budget development and managing complex grant proposals
• Ability to lead team performance and support staff development
