Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Population Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and strategic direction to department staff
• Manage the fiscal responsibilities of the department, including budgeting and program trends
• Lead the development and maintenance of clinical programs and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D required
• 6 years of clinical experience or a clinical managed care pharmacy residency plus 4 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of PBM industry and managed care principles desired
• Ability to support compliance program objectives
• Capacity to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
