Senior Manager, Population Health

Job Summary

Owning key driver metrics, the full-time Senior Manager, Population Health will manage performance improvement initiatives, optimize clinical workflows, and develop reporting tools to enhance patient care outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and improve driver metrics in collaboration with analytics engineering and functional leaders
• Document current processes, identify breakdowns, and design improvements with clinical and operational teams
• Build and pilot functional tools to support workflows and reporting, ensuring effective implementation across clinics

Required qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in value-based care or multi-site provider organizations
• Background in product development or market operations/BizOps with workflow design experience
• Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL
• Bachelor's degree required
