Senior Manager Portfolio Investments

Job Summary

To manage a growing pipeline of prospective investments for a joint venture, the full-time Senior Manager, Portfolio Investments will evaluate potential new investments, oversee the existing portfolio, and assist in capital formation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential new investments and make recommendations on pricing, returns, and risks to the investment committee
• Interface with joint venture partners to assess new investment opportunities and track existing investments
• Develop and manage a sustainable financial modeling process to analyze consumer finance performance data

Required qualifications:

• BS or equivalent degree is required
• 5-7 years of experience in consumer finance; investment banking or asset management experience is a plus
• Strong data and analytics background with working knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel with direct experience in building discounted cash flow models
• Experience with Intex, Wall Street Analytics, or similar structured cash flow software is advantageous
