• Develop metrics and reporting to convert program data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or business operations
• Experience implementing or scaling a portfolio operating model in a mid-size or large organization
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and governance practices
• Expertise in Airtable or comparable no-code/low-code workflow tools
• Experience managing or coaching teams to foster high performance
