Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, PPM - Ways of Working (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of enterprise ways of working aligned to the digital operating model
• Drive adoption through change management, training, and coaching to embed practices into daily execution
• Establish governance structures and success metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 - 15 years of experience in Program or portfolio management within technology or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or managing people
• Proven success in interpreting business strategy into actionable portfolio plans
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement
