Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic operations partner to Global SE & PSE leadership teams
• Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales operations professionals
• Design and operationalize scalable frameworks for resource management and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring high-performing ops professionals
• Proven success in scaling pre-sales or technical sales teams in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
• Deep understanding of sales processes and pre-sales metrics
• Experience with sales tech stack including Salesforce, Vivun, and Aviso
