Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Premium Support Engineer (Databolt).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, leading business reviews and advocating for feature requests
- Manage the lifecycle of self-hosted Data Plane instances and oversee incident response processes
- Architect and validate customer environments, implementing secure protocols and collaborating on governance design
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in technical account management or customer-facing engineering roles
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS services and security/networking configurations
- At least 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and programming languages
- Experience with enterprise data platforms
