Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Premium Support Engineer (Databolt).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers, leading business reviews and advocating for feature requests
  • Manage the lifecycle of self-hosted Data Plane instances and oversee incident response processes
  • Architect and validate customer environments, implementing secure protocols and collaborating on governance design


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical account management or customer-facing engineering roles
  • At least 5 years of experience with AWS services and security/networking configurations
  • At least 3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and programming languages
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms
