Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for current and future products across targeted customers and market segments
• Lead regional/global pricing initiatives and large-scale projects, including price calculations and market trend analysis
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues while fostering their skill development and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience in global pricing strategy
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with medical device industry best practices
