Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Manager Pricing Strategy, the successful candidate will design and refine pricing and packaging strategies that deliver customer value and drive profitable revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics
- Provide data-driven recommendations for value and market-based pricing models using competitive insights and customer feedback
- Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment on pricing decisions and communicate strategies to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software/SaaS pricing strategy
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex pricing concepts to senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
