Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy will analyze market trends and pricing scenarios while collaborating with various departments to drive informed commercial decisions and enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess contract structures, rebate strategies, and gross-to-net management
• Lead the Latest Estimate Discount Rate modeling process and align cross-functional stakeholders on contracting decisions
• Partner with the Coverage Lead to execute contracting strategies across payer and provider segments

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in relevant fields, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience
• Experience building financial models and working with large data sets
• Familiarity with the Material Approval Compliance process is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to navigate the U.S. healthcare system and its interactions with government
• Experience with tools such as Conga, Anaplan, and CIQ for pricing analytics and forecasting
