Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Process Architecture for Customer Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of end-to-end business processes, particularly across the Lead-to-Quote journey
• Develop and execute testing strategies for new processes and technology implementations
• Facilitate change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process redesign and improvement in complex environments
• Expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with sales-centric applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for insights and actions
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops and influencing stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
