Senior Manager, Process Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Mngr/Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to business and system processes to enhance organizational performance
• Serve as a consultant on program design, ensuring alignment with technical workflows and process standards
• Support the design and implementation of patient programs, ensuring seamless data migration and integration activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project/operations management or customer service
• Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing, Reimbursement, and PAP experience
• Direct experience liaising between client-facing teams and technology/operational delivery teams
• Power User Salesforce CRM experience with capabilities in reporting and dashboard creation
• Experience in data mapping and migration, with an understanding of operational workflows and CRM enhancements
