Senior Manager Process Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Mngr/Associate Director, Process Design & Deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant on program design to ensure alignment with technical workflows and process standards
• Support Program Ops and BA in translating functional and technical workflows into CLS, ensuring seamless data migration
• Assist with technical workflows creation, system integration, and user acceptance testing as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project/operations management or customer service
• Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing and Reimbursement experience
• Direct experience supporting client-facing teams and technology delivery teams
• Power User Salesforce CRM experience and ability to assist end-users
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint required
